I was chatting with someone. Suddenly a few times came to failed to send. I did get any error message about something wrong or notice. I checked my profile was empty. My Fotos all has gone. I tried to login. I was following the guideline changed to my new handy number. I received few times verification code. But its not go ahead.

I saw online that macy's is giving away a free gift and when I checked in the website luxury fashion came out,it says I have 2/two free gift. You can choose if its the watch or sunglasses, i chose watch. Time to shipping,payment and it says i need to pay 6.99 for shipping. Ff Recieved my purchased it is look just like a $3 watch,i just throw it in my drawer and never use it. After 1 month I checked my bank accnt and it was billed of 99.85 from them. So i called my bank accnt first good thing the costumer service explain to me to call/contact that luxuryfashion. Call them to this number 877832**** and the lady/costumer service, I askd her to cancel and if i can get back my money and i am willing to send back the watch,she said theres no way even though there is no statement that it says they going to charge me 99.85 after 10 or 15 days(not sure) i felt lost because of 99.85 that they took it for nothing especially for me a mother of 2, i can buy that food thats a big money for me. I call my bank accnt askd them if they can able to help me,they did call so the costumer service in my bank accnt connect me to the costumer service of luxury fashion(same lady that I talked to) she said she will give a half refund(good to know) which is $49 so with the help of my bank accnt CS and the fact that shes in between of the conversation,maybe the lady thinks i have a witness that whatever she says i have somebody listening the other line so she gave me a half refund. Until now i am waiting for that half refund. Its better than nothing. But i wish to banned that site because theyre not doing right.

Keep charging my bank account

I was offered a choice of rewards as a thank you for taking their survey and would only have to pay shipping, 6.99. But when they continued sending stuff and charging my account I called them to complain. I was told that if I didn't return the reward within 14 days that I was agreeing to let them send me stuff on a regular basis and automatically charged me for it. And no point that I see that in the agreement Well it took a while but I finally convinced them I wanted to cancel this contract. What do I find today I've been charged another $98 by them. Does anybody know what you can do to stop these people

This happened to me as well. I just got off the phone with their "customer service" (ya right) rep, who kept trying to get me to stay on at a discounted rate. My only response to them was "cancel my subscription, I don't want your product, and I want a refund." They refused to refund my money and refused to let me talk to a supervisor.

Don't fall for this Scam with their products or surveys !

Went online taking a survey that came through as an email. Took the survey & it said I could get a watch for $ 6.95 , I ordered it than a month later $ 99.98 was taken out of my bank account that I could of used for food, etc. I tried disputing it but they had all information that they needed to wipe out my account except $ 6,99 in my Bank Account. This last of my money wasn't enough to go on for 2 weeks. I was very pissed & disgusted . I think they need to be turned into Better Business Bureau. I don't see why they want to make money off anyone due to the way economy is . Plus they go by many other names & give you the run around. So people be careful of luxury,com &your glamour dst Companies and I am sure they have other names they go by.

I ordered this product 12/04/17 because it said I only had to pay $6.95 s&h ONLY. There was no other fee. It was a gift for someone for Christmas. I then see 1.5 weeks later that I am charged $99.98. I called them and the woman told me that there was a charge on my receipt that shows the fee. There is no such thing on my receipt. It shows that it was paid $6.99 for Men's Watch. It showed no future cost on it. The woman tried to convince me that my family member who was getting the watch would enjoy more watches. I am not interested because I was lied to... PLUS I am in the negative in my acct with FEES added by my bank. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY WHAT-SO-EVER... they completely lied.

Watch offered as Amazon promotion

Was offered a $100+ "Luxury watch" for 6.95 as a promotion through Amazon. Clicked on the button that said, "pay with Amazon". The watch came, it's garbage. 30 days later they hit my account for 99.98 that I never authorized. Called the company and got someone I could barely understand who told me that the offer stated that if I didn't contact them within 30 days I would be billed for the watch at retail. Saw no such statement in the offer. I offered to return the watch unworn-no deal they didn't want it either, nor would they refund my money. Called Amazon and reported the fraudulent practices of one of their vendors. Waiting to see...

Wrist Watch Purchase resulted in me being billed $99.99 14 days after the on-line sale.

I thought Target was offering to sell a wrist watch on-line at no cost and shipping of $6.99. The ad read: "Men's Watch - Men's Watch $0.00 + $6.99 S&&H = Total:$6.99 (one-time purchase, no auto-ship)." Upon receipt of the watch I realized it was nothing like the one shown on-line. I meant to call about the issue, but didn't. One day I checked my banking account and realized that I had been charged $6.99 and two-weeks later $99.99. The wording of the ad offered by LuxuryFashion-now.com was quite deceptive. I had agreed to their terms and conditions and had not read them. Upon reading them I suddenly realized that I had agreed to allow them to bill me every 30 days. Fortunately, I discovered this after the billing of $99.99 by: Point Of Sale Withdrawal / 844836****CONTTOSHOP 844-836**** ILUS. Yet this is what their Terms & Conditions said: "The product of choice will be sent on a trial basis for only a shipping cost of $6.99 or $5.95 plus applicable sales tax. You will have 14 days from the date of your order to try the item. If you like your item, do nothing! We will automatically bill you $99.98 or $89.95 plus applicable sales tax on day 15. After the first order, recurring charges will be scheduled every thirty days after the date of the original order. The descriptor on your credit card statement will appear as . To cancel automatic delivery and billing, call us at (866) 212-**** or email us during normal business hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 12am EST & 9am - 6pm Sat and Sun."
